  1. Legal pages you can actually read, and this changelog

Privacy and Terms are rebuilt around what the code really does, with a plain-English note beside every clause. Every footer link now goes somewhere real.

    • NewThis changelog, with an RSS feed at /changelog/rss.xml.
    • ImprovedPrivacy Policy rewritten around a one-screen data manifest taken from the database schema, plus a list of every subprocessor.
    • ImprovedTerms of Service now open with a four-box summary and match the trial, refund and no-overage promises on the pricing page.
    • NewLazy-loaded slot under the hero for a recorded product demo. It appears automatically once a recording is added.
    • NewCustomer quotes section that only appears when there are real, attributed quotes to show.
    • FixedNavigation and footer links now work from every page, not just the homepage.
    • Newsitemap.xml and robots.txt so search engines can find every public page.

  2. A landing page that shows the work

The homepage now demonstrates a run instead of describing one. The preview is built from the same timeline component the app uses.

    • NewPaid-only pricing: Starter, Pro and Team, each with a 14-day trial and about 20% off when billed annually.
    • NewLive product preview in the hero, driven by the real run timeline component.
    • New“Operon in action” walkthrough, use cases, outcome maths and an FAQ.
    • NewFirst versions of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  3. Goodbye, Celery

With the engine running on Supabase, the old Python stack had nothing left to do. Self-hosting is now Postgres plus one edge function.

    • RemovedLegacy FastAPI backend, Celery workers and the Redis dependency.
    • ImprovedFewer moving parts to deploy, monitor and secure.

  4. Runs move to the edge

The run engine is now a Supabase Edge Function backed by a new schema, with live step updates and credentials kept in an encrypted vault.

    • NewRun engine rebuilt as a Supabase Edge Function, using Gemini for agent steps.
    • NewLive step-by-step updates in the app over Supabase Realtime.
    • NewScheduled workflows, ticked every minute by pg_cron.
    • SecurityApp credentials stored in Supabase Vault and decrypted only while a step runs.
    • SecurityRow-level security on every table, so each account can only ever read its own rows.
    • SecurityOutbound HTTP is SSRF-safe, and secrets are redacted from run logs before they are stored.
    • ImprovedDaily run quotas, a 30-runs-per-minute limit per workflow, and run leases so a crashed worker can't run a step twice.

  5. Baseline

A snapshot of the original NexusFlow codebase, taken before the rebuild that became Operon.

    • NewStarting point for everything above.
