Describe the outcome.
Operon runs the work.
Operon plans each step, connects the apps you already use, and carries the job through to the end. You see every step, and nothing sensitive happens without your approval.
14-day trial on every plan · No commitment · Approval gates on by default
Works with the tools you already use

How it works
From one sentence to a finished job.
Operon plans like an assistant and runs like a workflow engine: it adapts when something changes and stays predictable when it should.
- 01
Describe the outcome
Write it the way you'd brief a colleague.
- 02
Review the plan
Edit, reorder or remove steps before anything runs.
- 03
Approve what matters
Sends, posts and payments wait for your OK.
- 04
Reuse it on a schedule
Save the run as a workflow and stop thinking about it.
Exact when you need certainty
Draw the path on a canvas, or let Operon draft it from your description. Triggers, branches and retries behave the same way every run.
Adaptive when you need judgement
Give Operon an outcome. It browses, reads, writes code in a sandbox and calls your apps, then explains what it did and why.
Operon in action
It thinks before it acts, and checks with you before anything leaves.
This is a typical run, shortened. Watch for the three moments that separate Operon from a script.
- 1
Asks when the brief is unclear
It checks scope before planning instead of guessing.
- 2
Recovers when a step fails
It tries a sensible alternative and tells you what it changed.
- 3
Stops before anything leaves
External sends wait for a person. You can edit first.
Plan · 5 steps
- 1Watch for failed payments
- 2Look up the customer's plan
- 3Skip anyone not on Pro or Team
- 4Draft a short, personal email
- 5Send the emailapproval

Use cases
The work that keeps you from your real work.
Teams use Operon for the jobs that are too fiddly to hand-wire and too important to leave unchecked.
“Every morning, reconcile yesterday's Shopify orders against Stripe payouts and flag mismatches in Slack.”
Result · Mismatches surface before the team asks about them.
The plan Operon writes
- Understand the outcome
- Collect inputs from Shopify
- Analyse and draft the result
- Deliver to Slack
What handing off work looks like
7 hrs
back each month
from handing off one 20-minute daily task (20 min × 21 workdays)
< 1¢
per run on every plan
from $4.50 per 1,000 runs on Starter down to $0.98 on Team

external sends without approval
by default; you decide which actions can skip the gate
Illustrative, not a guarantee. Time saved depends on the tasks you hand off and how often they run.
Testimonials
Trusted by teams moving fast.
See how modern teams are using Operon to offload their most complex operational workflows.
"Operon completely transformed our ops. Workflows that used to take three people all day are now planned and executed autonomously in minutes."
"The approval gates give us the peace of mind we needed. We let the agent do the heavy lifting, but we always have the final say on external actions."
"I've tried every automation platform out there. Operon is the first one that actually understands the intent behind the work, rather than just blindly following rules."
"It's like having a senior engineer on the team who never sleeps. It integrates perfectly with our existing tools and the audit trails are flawless."
"We scaled our customer onboarding process 5x without adding headcount, purely by letting Operon handle the bespoke data transformations."
"Setup took literally ten minutes. The self-hosted option meant we didn't have to compromise on our strict data sovereignty requirements."
Integrations
Connect once. Use everywhere.
Authorise an app in one click and every workflow and agent run can use it, within the permissions you grant. For anything without an integration, there's HTTP, webhooks and a real browser.

Security and trust
Autonomy you can actually hand work to.
An agent is only useful if you can trust it. Operon is built so you always know what it did, what it's about to do, and how to stop it.
Approval gates
Sends, payments, deletes and external posts can require a person to sign off. You set the rules per workflow.
Encrypted credential vault
Tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest and never shown to the model in plain text.
Sandboxed execution
Agent-written code runs in an isolated, short-lived sandbox with no access to your other systems.
Complete audit trail
Every step records its inputs, tool calls, reasoning summary and output, so you can trace any result.
Pricing
Priced per run, so you pay for work done.
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Add a card to begin; you're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel before then.

FAQ
The questions people ask before they trust it.
Something else on your mind? Email us.
Will Operon do things without asking me?
Only what you allow. Read-only steps such as fetching, reading and summarising run on their own. Anything that sends, posts, pays or deletes waits for your approval by default, and you can pause or stop any run at any moment.
What if it makes a mistake?
You see the plan before it runs, and every step records its inputs, the action it took and why. If a step fails, Operon tries a sensible alternative and tells you what it changed, or stops and asks. Sensitive actions never skip the approval gate unless you turn it off for that workflow.
Could my bill spike if a workflow runs more than expected?
No. When you reach your plan's run limit, runs pause and we email you. There are no automatic overage charges. You can upgrade for the rest of the month, or wait for the limit to reset.
How long does it take to set up?
Connect an app in one click, then describe the job in a sentence. Operon drafts the plan for you, so there's no flowchart to build. Most people review and approve their first run in a single sitting.
Why isn't there a free plan?
Every run uses real compute, browsers and model calls, and we'd rather keep the paid plans cheap than subsidise a free tier. Instead, every plan has a 14-day trial, and the first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Am I locked in?
No. Monthly plans have no contract and you can cancel in two clicks. You can revoke Operon's access to any connected app from the vault at any time. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of the first payment.
What happens to my credentials and data?
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never placed in prompts or logs. Each account's data is isolated at the row level. Agent-written code runs in a short-lived sandbox with no access to your other systems.
How is this different from Zapier or Make?
Those tools follow a fixed path you wire by hand. Operon can do that too, but it can also take an outcome, plan the steps itself, use a real browser for sites without an integration, and adapt when something unexpected happens, while showing you every decision.

Describe something you do every week. Operon will show you the plan before it runs a single step.
